
BILL BARKER has been a personal trainer for over ten years. He holds a degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport and is certified by the American Council on Exercise, the Super Slow Exercisers Guild, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Bill has had a wide range of personal training experience including training many local athletes. The former Roller Jam star also coaches with the Olympia High School varsity football program.

LAUREN HIRST

TROY YOUNG is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina-Asheville. He is certified by USA Weightlifting in Sports Performance. As a member of UNCA's Track and Field team, he competed in the decathlon. He was a silver medalist in javelin, as well as fourth place overall, in the Big South Outdoor Conference Finals in 2005. He also holds the UNCA school record in javelin, decathlon, and the 4x100 meter relay. Troy is also a skilled basketball player. He received the MVP award in North Carolina's state-wide East-West game as a senior in high school.

ALLISON LODGE has been an AFAA certified fitness instructor since 2005. She received her bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida. While at UF she worked at the Lifestyle Appraisal Center where she conducted fitness and diet assessments. Prior to that, she was the captain of the West Orange High School varsity cheerleading squad. Allison also works as a group exercise instructor and wellness coach at the downtown Orlando YMCA.
