Our basic program ($300 per month) entails:
- Two 30 minutes strength training sessions per week (a total of 9 per month)
- A program tailored to your goals, level of fitness, and needs
- Free childcare while you work out
- Access to our cardio equipment at any time the gym is open
Individual sessions are $40 per thirty minutes.
